First of all…. Staff was absolutely amazing! Super supportive always, never had felt anything but welcomed. They were always so quick to respond and helpful. Great advice always. Love them all! Secondly…. The program was awesome! It is great to have this structure and guidance. It was not easy, and it 100 percent life changing. It was wonderful to see the outcome so far, I have lost a total of 30lbs. If you trust your coach and the process it will work wonders. I would recommend this to anyone! Yes it is kinda pricey, however if you’re looking for life changing experience you have to make the move. They work with you for financial advice for the program, don’t just pass it by. Good luck and I wish you all the success! Health and wellness is soon to be yours with this program!

As a post-menopausal woman with a slow metabolism, the re:vitalize program helped me to finally reset my metabolism to my 20s and lose the twenty pounds I had gained through the years. I have dietary restrictions and food allergies and the program was tailored to ensure I made steady progress towards meeting my weight loss and wellness goals. Lillie is a phenomenal health coach who was responsive and knowledgeable regarding some of the unique challenges I faced. Both my husband and I joined together and his program was tailored to him. This is the first program where both of us successfully met our wight and wellness goals! We now have strategies for remaining healthy for the rest of our lives. Thank you!

Today is my last day of Stage 3. At 74, I enrolled in the program to reset my metabolism and yes hoped to loose some weight too. Discovered that my “healthy” eating was actually starving my body from needed nutrients and hydration! Eating 4oz of protein in the beginning was a challenge. I have lost 12# & I haven’t needed anti acid medication since I started the program. The BioScan showed me what proteins, veggies and fruit my body most wanted. I don’t consider the program to be a diet, rather it’s recognizing what your body wants and needs to maintain a healthy metabolism and feel good. The coaches are there for you anytime you have questions, do not judge, and give practical advice to keep you on track.

Revitalize changed my world. I lost 31 pounds on Stage 2, which actually shocked me. I have never experienced such success in my many years of trying most diets out there. I had been struggling with some gastrointestinal issues including; bloating, constipation, diarrhea, weight gain, low energy, mood swings, anxiety, depression, to name a few. I felt trapped and claustrophobic in my own skin. Clothes are not attractive in my tubby size. My husband heard an endorsement for Revitalize on a sports radio program. He knew I was unhappy and struggling. We discussed it, and did some research about it. I gathered my courage and called for an appointment. On my first visit, I was greeted by a lovely and warm staff. No one made me feel less, or shame for my weight etc. They listened to my “why’s, goals, and concerns”. I was introduced to the program and accepted the challenge to give it the old college try. I’m not going to lie. It was a huge change and I had challenges as my body adjusted and began to heal with all this real, clean and healthy food and supplements I was now feeding my body. I am now maintaining. I feel tons better, literally. In three weeks I will do one more complete session. This program is a game changer…no, a LIFE CHANGER! I am so thankful I found this program! I took a leap of faith and jumped in and I’m 16 pounds lighter. That’s only part of the success of this journey! Now I’ve learned the tools my body needs to lose weight and keep it off. The coaches truly want you to succeed and the community has been an added bonus. I recommend revitalize to anyone who want a push to change for the better!

Highly recommend for weight loss and getting your diet on track. My wife and I signed up and both met our weight loss goals. The program made sense once you read all documentation and worked well for us well. The coaching staff was very helpful and informative, and the hot line was very convenient when we had specific questions between appointments. Make sure to take advantage of all resources in the online portal.

Everyone I have dealt with at the Ahwatukee location has been very kind and generally interested in my wellbeing. I really appreciate the attention and advice given when I'm at an appointment. I have read all the reviews given and to the people who were less forgiving, communication and honesty with your coaches are the key. Also, I have dined out while in stage 2. It takes discipline and willpower I'll tell you that, but it is doable. I brought my own homemade dressing, my supplements, and made sure I ate somewhere where I knew my food prep would not be a huge imposition. Everywhere I ate had no issues with my requests and were helpful in making better selections! So, I thank everyone that has dealt with me for showing me I do have that discipline. Down 35lbs so far, woot!!

Re:vitalize is very effective but extremely strict. It is no fun and I renamed it the Miserable Eating Program (MEP). All my friends now know that I can't meet for any meals out during MEP. Like I'm going to demand the restaurant cook my meat in NO OIL, please. Not a Karen. Also bring salad dressing in my purse. I did a 20 day program and my weight loss cost about $100 per pound. BUT cheaper than liposuction. Coaches were responsive but I had to take over 10 supplements a day. If you like eating 16+ oz of vegetables a day, it will work for you. You have to be really structured and if you are it will work. It's prob not good for people who don't like to cook and meal prep. Also the company sells a book called Fear No Food. I literally now fear ALL food. But I maintained my weight loss for 30 days now so yay!!! Also super expensive supplements if you want to continue your program after the first upfront fees. So, mixed review. Thanks to founder Dan Lemoine, he does call/answer emails so that is great too. I respect anyone who does the 40 day program - just no I couldn't do 40.
